Join me for GENTLE YOGA every Friday morning and SOUND BATH every Friday afternoon!
I offer two yoga practices every Friday morning from 7-8am and 8:30-9:30am.
I also offer a weekly sound bath every Friday at 5:30pm. Both are held in the beautiful chapel at Grace Methodist Church located at 2325 E. 3rd St. in Long Beach (corner of Junipero/3rd St)
These healing sessions are offered with love by donation. A minimum of $10 is greatly appreciated, but no one will be turned away for a lack of funds.
Bring your mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that helps you get comfy. Dress in layers in case in gets chilly.
Free parking is available across the street at 275 Junipero. Please don't park in the lot directly behind the church as it is restricted to mobility assistance parking. Please enter through the red doors off Junipero!I can hardly wait to share this with you!
